Kevin is one serious Runescape player at the Kyle library. He is the one who Mr. Bill kids about yelling all the time. His favorite computer to use for playing Runescape is #11.

He has a addy dagger (p) and it is worth 12 K. He is a level 36 player and has recently become a member.
